To register for the course, please email or fax us your details along with the course date you wish to attend. We will confirm your booking upon receipt of your payment. The minimum payment for confirmation of booking will be 30% of the course fee. Please ensure the payment is made before the course date.

Course Refund
Upon registration, participants may defer the training to a later date up to a maximum of 2 deferments.
Any cancellation of course booking should be done 7 days before the course date. An administrative fee of RM100 will be imposed on the cancellation.
30% of the course fee will be forfeited for any cancellation that is less than 7 days notice period.
Product Replacement
Please return to us all the defective products and state the reason(s) of the defect within the warranty and we will replace the product accordingly.
Buy Back Policy*
The buy back policy * (on demand basis) would require Twelve Spring’s Members to adhere to the stringent quality to ensure the nests are of export quality. Buy Back Policy* is applicable only to participants who had attended our training course.

Eligibility
Only participants who have signed up and attended Twelve Spring’s bird nest cleaning course (hyperlink to course) is eligible to the Buy Back Programme. The source of the cleaned nest should come from Twelve Spring’s raw nest. This is to ensure that the quality is consistent.
The nest should at minimum meet our Twelve Spring Clean Nest Quality as set below:
- Moisture : All Process bird nests moisture less than 12%.
- Dirt, Mold & Dots : All process bird nests must be clean and free of mold or dots.
- Cracks & Broken : All process bird nests must not have any crack line or broken pieces.
- Color : All process bird nests must have even “NATURAL” color
- Weigh & Size : All process bird nests must not weigh less than 7 grams and not less than 3.5 cm width after drying.
- Shape : All process bird nests must display a standard shape approved by the company.
- Trim : All process bird nests must be trimmed away excess.
Buy Back Verification Procedure
Twelve Spring will adhere to the Verification procedure upon buying any cleaned nest from our members. Below are the verification steps :
Step 1 : Bring TW’s Purchase Receipt of Raw Nest
Step 2 : TW will check moisture with meter, Moisture < 12%
Step 3 : TW will check Clean Nest according to Twelve Spring Clean Nest Quality
Step 4 : TW will weigh Cleaned Nest, TW weighing machine is with License & calibrated
Step 5 : Two(2) Sample Seal Bag, TW will random pick two(2) sample and seal each in separate seal bag, Participant will sign on seal bag
Step 6 : Random Nest Laboratory Test, TW will randomly pick participant sample seal bag for lab analysis. If Sample found to be out of specification (Refer to Lab specification), TW will inform participant for Return of Cleaned Nest & Refund or Retest of 2nd Seal Bag (Lab Cost Bear by Participant)
Step 7 : Payment, Option 1 : Cheque Payment or Option 2 : Online Transfer, NO CASH PAYMENT
Pricing
The buy back value per kg of cleaned nest is dependent on market rate and we will publish the latest rates in our bulletin exclusive for Twelve Spring members only. So please login and refer to Bulletin and Latest Article.
Purchase and Payment
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase of Twelve Spring raw nests when you bring your cleaned nest for buy back by Twelve Spring. We will conduct test to ensure that the cleaned nests meet Twelve Spring’s Clean Nest Quality Policy.
Those nests that meet our standards will be weighed and payment will be made by way of online bank transfer.
